Pros: Solid construction, easy install, good driver support under Windows 10, uses Windows Storport driver architecture for better performance and logging.
Cons: A little pricey for a SAS controller without RAID support. Windows based utility was non-functional, but Command Prompt (DOS Windows) utility use was fairly straightforward. Better overall manual/documentation would help with initial setup and configuration.
